Local harriers earn G-R All-Star honors

This trio of Orleans County runners has earned Genesee Region League cross-country All-Star honors. From left are Kendall’s Sarah Pieniaszek along with the Holley duo of Derrick Hildreth and Lindsey Allen. All three competed in the Section V championships on Saturday at Victor. Allen placed 7th in the girls Class C race while Hildreth was 40th in the boys race. In the girls Class D race Pieniaszek placed 24th.
