Local gridder invited to SU Spring Game

Lyndonville High junior Eric Neace was invited to the Syracuse University football team’s annual Spring Game this past Saturday at the Carrier Dome as a recruit. Neace, who plays running back and linebacker for the Medina/Lyndonville varsity squad, also took part in a football camp offered by the Syracuse Alumni. Neace, at left, is shown here with Syracuse Head Coach Dino Babers and Billy Maynard, a Syracuse area high school quarterback and SU recruit whose grandparents, William and Marilyn Maynard, reside in Lyndonville.
