Local duo earns All WNY basketball honors

Two local players, Albion’s Deyonci Farley and Medina’s Camri King, have earned Honorable Mention on the All Western New York basketball teams.

Both are juniors who were first team Niagara-Orleans All-League honorees.

Farley, who was named the N-O’s Player of the Year, scored 385 points (18.3 average), grabbed off 200 rebounds and had 58 steals and 45 assists.

King scored 298 points (13.5 ave.) and had 243 rebounds and 40 steals.

Two other N-O players, Wilson’s Skylar Munnikhuysen and Akron’s Darion Jonathan, also both earned Honorable Mention.

Munnikhuysen, who was named N-O Player of the Year, scored 281 points (14.o ave.) and had 118 rebounds and 95 steals while Jonathan scored 314 points (14.9 ave.) and had 68 rebounds.
