Local athletes place high at Pembroke Invit.

Several local athletes earned top three finishes at the Pembroke Invitational on Friday evening.

The boys’ 100 was a local 1-2-3 sweep as Albion’s Ozzie Matos won, Roy-Hart’s Trent Choate placed second and Albion’s Jahmeek Riley took  third. Riley also placed second in the High Jump

Medina’s Maddie Rutledge won the girls’ Long Jump and took third in the High Jump.

The Mustangs also had Bryson Costich place second in the Triple Jump.

Roy-Hart’s Nadia White placed second in both the 800 and Triple Jump.

The Rams also had Chris Ulrich place third in the 200.

Albion’s Bri Haines took second in the pole vault, Cencere Lowe second in the Long Jump, Abby Scanlan third in the 100 and Nicholas Harling third in the High Jump.
