NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HERE BY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Town Clerk, Town of Barre, Orleans County, NY until 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at the Town Hall, 14317 W Barre Road, Albion, NY 14411 for the Replacement of Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems for Town Hall. The Bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail or in the handling of the mail by the employees of the Town of Barre. Whether sent by mail or means of personal delivery, the Bidder assumes the responsibility for having the bids in at the time and the place specified above. All bids are to be returned to the Town Clerk,14317 W Barre Road, Albion, NY 14411, marked: “Bid: Replace of Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems for Town Hall.” Bid specifications may be obtained at the office of the Town Clerk in said Town Hall or downloaded from the Town’s website at www.townofbarreny.com.
