LaSalle booters shutout Medina
Medina dropped a narrow 2-0 decision to host LaSalle Sunday in a key Buffalo District Soccer League Division 3 game.
Medina is now in third place at 6-1-1 followed closely by LaSalle at 6-2.
Steven Anderson and Barry Rogenmoser currently lead Medina in scoring on the season each with 5 goals and 3 assists as Brian Anderson has 4 goals and Greg Husung 3 goals and 3 assists.
The youthful Medina-Lyndonville United U17 team has had a tough start to its Buffalo and Western New York Youth Soccer League season going 0-4 to date after bowing 5-0 to Lancaster-Depew, 1-0 to Kenmore, 4-0 to West Seneca and 1-0 to Orchard Park.
M-L United next hosts Cheektowaga on July 11 at Lyndonville.
