Lancers surge past Hawks

Holley’s Clarence Moyer hauls in a pass from quarterback Nick Passarell for the Hawks first touchdown during this afternoon’s 60-14 loss to visiting Elba/Byron-Bergen. Rider Farnsworth defends for the Lancers. The Hawks led 6-0 after that TD and again at 14-12 in the second quarter after a touchdown run by Colin Papaj and a two-point conversion carry by Passarell but the Lancers regained the lead for good by a 35-14 margin at the half.
