Lakewomen down Mustangs to cap 12-0 N-O title season; Lady Rams defeat Bulldogs

Completing a 12-0 Niagara-Orleans League girls basketball championship season Wilson posted a 64-34 win over host Medina this evening.
The N-O title is the sixth in a row and the 14th in the last 15 years for the Lakewomen.
Rian Faery, Peyton McInnis and Emily Phillips each scored 12 to lead a parade of 12 point getters for Wilson which held leads of 17-6 after the first period, 31-15 at the half and 53-26 after three quarters.
Honesty Hill scored 15 and Alexa Demmer 10 to lead Medina which finishes the N-O season at 3-9.
Roy-Hart 42, Barker 26
Leading by a narrow 20-16 margin at the half, Roy-Hart used a big 15-4 third period scoring edge to open up a 35-20 advantage and key a 42-26 win over visiting Barker to close out the N-O season.
Adella Dukes took game high scoring honors with 17 for Roy-Hart as Juliana Terwilliger had 6 and Courtney Aquilina and Madison DiNieri 5.
Michayla Greene scored 9 and Hailey Dodge 7 for Barker.
Roy-Hart finishes the N-O season at 5-7 and Barker at 1-11.
Final N-O standings: Wilson 12-0, Akron 9-3, Albion 6-6, Newfane 6-6, Roy-Hart 5-7, Medina 3-9, Barker 1-11.
