Lady Tigers win with big second half rally

Trailing 1-0 at the half, Lyndonville/Barker came battling back with four unanswered second half goals to down visiting Pembroke 4-1 in a Genesee Region League girls soccer game this afternoon.

Alexa Robinson scored all four goals for the Lady Tigers. Her first goal came on a penalty kick just four minutes into the second half which knotted the score.

Ally Dauphinee got the win in goal as the Lady Tigers even their record at 2-2.

Pembroke’s first half goal was scored by Morgan Coniber.

Oakfield-Alabama 2, Holley 1
Outshot 20-5, Oakfield-Alabama made 2 of those 5 count to edge Holley 2-1 in a G-R contest at Elba this afternoon.

Alivia Wolf scored the Holley goal off an assist from Ava Mosier as the Lady Hawks go to 3-2-1.

Kendall 3, W-C 0
Kendall improved to 4-0 in G-R competition with a 3-0 win over Wheatland-Chili.

Ryleigh Denning scored 2 goals and Ava Quintern 1 for the Lady Eagles as Ava LaMay and Sophia Picardo both had assists.
