Lady Tigers use late rally to top Lady Eagles

Breaking away from a 2-2 tie, Lyndonville erupted for 5 runs in the sixth inning to earn a 7-2 victory over visiting Kendall this afternoon in the Genesee Region softball season finale.
A double by Miranda Lembcke ignited the decisive uprising for Lyndonville which featured a two-run double by Aubrey Lewis and RBI singles by Makenzie Muck, Cassie Boyce and Anna Lewis. Boyce had 2 hits on the day.
Lizzie Rath had 3 hits for Kendall, including an RBI sin the second inning which gave the Lady Eagles a 2-0 lead. Chelsea Wright added 2 hits for the Lady Eagles.
Stacy Buckland picked up the win in the circle for the Lady Tigers striking out 7.
Lyndonville finishes the regular season at12-2 in the league and 12-3 overall.
