Lady Tigers down Lady Hawks

A big second inning scoring burst sparked Lyndonville to a 20-6 victory over host Holley this afternoon to stay unbeaten at 8-0 in Genesee Region League softball action.

The Lady Tigers took charge by scoring seven times in the decisive second inning highlighted by two-run singles by Miranda Lembcke and Jess Harling and an RBI single by Lisa Boyce.

Harling had a total of 3 hits and 4 RBIs and Lembcke 3 RBIs on the day.

Makenzie Muck earned the win in the circle allowing 4 hits and striking out 4.
