Lady Tigers top Bees to improve to 6-0
A pair of five run innings keyed Lyndonville to a 10-5 Genesee Region League softball victory over visiting Byron-Bergen this afternoon.
Improving to 6-0 overall, Lyndonville took the lead for good by scoring five times in the second inning on a two-run double by Lorelei Dillenbeck and singles by Brooke Robinson, Bri Krisher and Brynn Howell.
The Lady Tigers later plated the decisive five runs in the fourth inning on a two-run single by Krisher, a double by Addy Dillenbeck and singles by Ella Lewis, Lorelei Dillenbeck and Bella Groves.
Robinson, Kisher, Addy Dillenbek, Loerelei Dillenbeck and Lewis each finished with 2 hits.
Haley Shaffter struck out 6 in the circle for the Lady Tigers.
