Lady Tigers score win in straight sets
Making it two wins in a row, Lyndonville scored a straight set 25-11, 25-15, 26-24 victory over Oakfield-Alabama today in a Genesee Region League volleyball match.
Leading the way for the Lady Tigers were Lorelei Dillenbeck with 5 service aces, 9 spiking kills, 5 digs and 1 block, Ella Lewis 6 digs, Gracie Johnson 5 digs, Cianna Button 3 aces and 11 assists and Addison Dillenbeck 13 aces.
Colbi Heineman had 2 aces and 4 kills, Emma Wray 2 aces and Megan Johnson 1 ace and 7 assists for Oakfield-Alabama.
In other G-R action, Byron-Bergen defeated Elba 25-16, 25-18, 25-11 to go to 8-1 on the season.
The Lady Bees had Jorie Strzelecki with 12 aces, 8 digs and 3 assists, Lexi Vurraro 15 assists, 6 kills and 3 aces and Julia Pangrazio 7 kills, 7 digs and 2 aces.
Attica also downed Kendall 25-14, 25-18, 25-14.
