Lady Tigers romp to improve to 4-1; Lady Eagles down rival Lady Hawks
Steadily pulling away, Lyndonville rolled to a 73-38 win over visiting Rochester Academy Charter this evening in a non league girls basketball game.
Addison Dillenbeck scored 17, Lorelei Dillenbeck 15, Haley Shaffer 10, Ella Lewis and Karlee Rounds 8 and Ashlee Stephens 7 to lead the way for Lyndonville which improves to 4-1.
Lyndonville jumped out to a 21-8 first quarter lead as Addison Dillenbeck scored 8 and Shaffer and Lorelei Dillenbeck 4 each.
The Lady Tigers increased their advantage to 39-20 at the half and 57-29 after three quarters.
Kendall 40, Holley 22
Breaking away from a tight 13-10 score at the half, Kendall used a big 27-12 scoring surge over the final two quarters to defeat rival Holley 40-22 in a Genesee Region League game.
Libby Snyder had 12 points, 11 rebounds and 5 blocks, Alezya Brown 7 points and 6 rebounds and Grace Levett 6 on two threes to lead the way for Kendall which improves to 6-0.
Sam Bates led Holley with 10 points.
