Lady Tigers romp past Monroe
Attica tops Lady Hawks
ROCHESTER – Getting point production from nine players, Lyndonville romped to a 63-9 victory over Monroe High this evening in a non league girls basketball game.
Chelsea Poler scored 14 and Alyssa Mahnke 10 to lead Lyndonville’s balanced attack.
Jenna Castricone and Madison Gardepe both chipped in with 8 for the Lady Tigers as Abigail Feldman and Rebekah Hoffee both had 6, Morgan Hungerford 5, Gabby Dusett 4 and Autumn Nesbitt 2.
Mahnke also grabbed off 8 rebounds, Poler and Hungerford 6 and Gardepe and Feldman 5.
Castricone added 6 steals and Hoffee 4 as the Lady Tigers improve to 2-4.
Attica 23, Holley 18
ATTICA – Points proved hard to come by for both teams as Attica trimmed Holley 23-18 this evening in a Genesee Region League game.
Nicole Blackburn scored 12 points and Samantha Barniak 6 for Holley which trailed 12-8 at half-time.
Jade Underwood pulled down 11 rebounds, Barniak 7 and Blackburn 6 for the Lady Hawks who are now 0-4 and 0-5 overall.
