Lady Tigers roll to win over W-C

Building up a 17 point half-time advantage, Lyndonville went on to down visiting Wheatland-Chili 42-24 this evening in a Genesee Region League girls basketball game.

Avenging an earlier season 45-41 road loss, Lyndonville went up 11-1 in the first quarter as Isabella Groves scored 5 and Addison Dillenbeck 4.

The Lady Tigers increased their advantage to 25-8 at the half as Hannah Fox had two baskets in the second quarter and Dillenbeck, Groves and Brooke Robinson one each.

Lyndonville maintained a 33-20 lead at the three quarter mark and 9 fourth period points by Dillenbeck helped to close out the win.

Dillenbeck finished with 17, Groves 9, Fox 8, Alexa Robinson 4 and Lilly Raduns and Brooke Robinson 2 each.

The Lady Tigers improve to 5-5 in the league and 11-5 overall.
