Lady Tigers edge past Mustangs

A goal late in each half earned Lyndonville a narrow 2-1 victory over Medina this afternoon in a non league girls soccer game at Vets Park.

Lyndonville grabbed a 1-0 lead with 12:18 to go in the first half on a goal by Gabby Dusett but Medina answered right back with the equalizer just 44 seconds later as Destiny Satkowski tallied at 11:34.

Lyndonville finally broke that deadlock when Aubry Lewis scored the game winning goal with just 13:06 to go in the second half.

Lyndonville improves to 3-0 while Medina slips to 2-2.

Newfane nipped Maryvale in a non league contest as Kayleigh Daniels scored both goals for the Lady Panthers, both off assists from Kaylee Heschke.
