Taking charge at the outset with a big first quarter scoring burst, Lyndonville went on to down visiting Albion 53-22 in a non league girls basketball game this evening

Lyndonville roared out to a 20-4 first quarter lead as Ashlee Stephens and Addison Dillenbeck each scored 8 and Bella Groves 4.

Keeping the momentum, the Lady Tigers went on to lead by margins of 32-11 at the half and 43-15 after three quarters.

Stephens finished with 21, Dillenbeck 19 and Groves 8 as Alexa Robinson added 3 and Kayli Miller 2.

Madison Hughson scored 20 of Albion’s 22 points as Julia Knight had the other basket.

In another non league contest Alexander defeated Barker 82-25.
