Lady Rams split twin bill in Florida again
This afternoon the Roy-Hart softball team earned a split of a doubleheader for the third straight day during the Lady Rams trip to the ESPN complex in Orlando, Florida.
Roy-Hart romped to a 23-0 victory over Dominican High from Milwaukee, Wisconsin after dropping a 10-2 decision to St. Mary’s of Lancaster.
Jamie Bower had 4 hits, Jayden Townsend 3, including a double, and Shelby Wolfe 2 with 4 RBI’s in the Lady Rams victory.
Ashley Hlll and Maddie Fry both had 2 hits and Lexie Lovewell a double in the loss to St. Mary’s.
Now at 3-3 on the trip, the Lady Rams will conclude their stay at the ESPN complex by facing Saratoga Catholic on Wednesday.
