A good group of eight returnees anchors the lineup for the Roy-Hart varsity volleyball squad as the Lady Rams prep for the Niagara-Orleans League opener at Albion on September 5.

Senior Aspen Moore, who earned first team N-O All-League honors last fall, heads that veteran contingent which also includes three other starters – Paige Dent, Ella Brown and Alyssa Kubas, all seniors. Also returning are seniors Emilia Peracciny, Kristina Burdick, Rebecca Jones and junior Maddie Ciermny.

Roy-Hart’s graduation losses included Olivia Vorholzer, who earned second team All-League honors, and Skyler Christopher, who was an Honorable Mention selection.

“We’ve got some holes to fill but we’ve got a good group back led by Aspen,” said Coach Bill Holahan, whose Lady Rams went 5-5 in NO action last fall.
