Lady Tigers down Mustangs on Senior Day

Celebrating Senior Day in style, Lyndonville rolled to a 73-44 win over visiting Medina in a non league game this afternoon.
Addison Dillenbeck scored 20 and Ashlee Stephens 19 to lead the way for Lyndonville as Haley Shaffer netted 11, Lorelei Dillenbek 9, Peyton Silversmith, Isabella Groves and Annabelle Follman 4 each and Shelby Boring 2.
Rylee VanNostrand led Medina with a game high 30 as Stella Poler added 8, Tatyana Baity 4 and Honesty Hill 2.
Lyndonville jumped out to a 21-7 first quarter lead as Stephens scored 7, Shaffer 6 and Addison Dillenbeck 4.
The Lady Tigers advantage soared to 22, 36-14, at the half and to 33, 57-24, after three quarters. Addison Dillenbeck scored 9 and Stephens 6 in the second period. Stephens added 6, Shaffer 5 and Addison Dillenbeck and Groves 4 each in the third quarter.
Lyndonville is now 13-6 and Medina 6-11.
