Lady Raiders in regional on Monday
Section VI Class C field hockey champion Barker will take on Section V representative East Rochester in the Class C Far West Regional at 7:30 p.m. Monday at Webster Schroeder High School.
Barker, which edged past Niagara-Orleans League foe Akron 2-1 for the SectionVI Class C title on Wednesday, bested East Rochester 1-0 in the regional last year to earn a trip to the state semifinals.
It will mark the seventh straight year that Barker and East Rochester have met in the regional. Each team has three wins over the previous six years.
