Lady Raiders finish second in N-O softball
Barker put a lock on second place by besting Newfane 8-1 this afternoon in the Niagara-Orleans League softball season finale.
Peyton Bradley hurled a 3 hitter with 11 strikeouts for Barker which finishes the N-O campaign at 8-4.
At the plate for the Lady Raiders, Bradley had a triple and a single, Rachel Sutter a double and single as Anna Bowerman and Kaylee Stoll also each chipped in with a single.
Final N-O Standings: Roy-Hart 12-0, Barker 8-4, Akron 7-5, Wilson 6-6, Albion 5-7, Medina 3-9, Newfane 1-11
