Lady Raiders down Lady Rams
Defending champion Barker scored twice in each half to defeat host Roy-Hart 4-0 this afternoon in a Niagara-Orleans League field hockey game.
Gabby Clare and Kelsey Blackley scored in the first half for Barker which also got second half tallies from Madison Greenwald and Erin Greenwald.
Clare, Kelsie Engert and Liz Luckman all contributed assists.
Barker improves to 2-0 and Roy-Hart slips to 0-3.
In the other N-O games, Akron (2-0) blanked Medina (0-3) 9-0 and Wilson (2-0) shutout Kenmore (1-2) 3-0.
Ashton Witzleben had three goals for Akron while Rachael Cobo netted two and Courtney Wheeler one for Wilson.

Medina bested host Pembroke in four sets this evening in a non league volleyball match.
Nicole Blount had 12 kills and Brittany Schultz 6 for Medina as Liz Newman added 9 digs and Emily Kams 22 assists. Carley Schultz also had a key kill to help close out the final set.
