A big five run third inning keyed Elba to a 14-5 victory over host Lyndonville this afternoon in a Genesee Region League softball game.

Leading by a narrow 1-0 margin, Elba broke the game open in the third ignited by three walks and highlighted by a two-run double by Madison Howard.

Miranda Lembcke had 3 hits and Anna Lewis and Makenzie Muck 2 each for Lyndonville which had a season long 8 game G-R winning streak snapped.

Kendall 10, Holley 0
Improving to 4-6, Kendall blanked Holley 10-0 in another G-R contest.

Chelsea Wright hurled a 2 hitter with 5 strikeouts and Sarah Pearson banged out a two-run double to lead the way for the Lady Eagles.
