Lady Eagles win double overtime thriller
Photos by Cheryl Wertman – In an overtime thriller, Kendall outlasted visiting Wheatland-Chili 1-0 in a Genesee Region League girls soccer game this evening. Ryleigh Denning (18) scored the game winner in the final minute of the second 10 minute overtime period for the Lady Eagles off an assist from Sophia Picardo. Moving in for W-C is Alexa Nicolosi (14).
Kendall’s Brynn Hardenbrook drives the ball up field against W-C’s Olivia Bates. The Lady Eagles improve to 8-0 in the league and 11-1 overall with the victory.
