Lady Eagles roll to 10th soccer victory
Notching victory No. 10, Kendall downed visiting Notre Dame 7-0 in a Genesee Region League girls soccer game this morning.
Kendall jumped out to a 2-0 first half lead on a pair of goals by Sophia Picardo.
The Lady Eagles then broke the contest wide open with a burst of three goals in the first 11 minutes of the second half, Alea Barrett netted a pair of goals during that stretch and Picardo netted one to complete her hat-trick for a 5-0 Lady Eagles lead.
Goals by Izzy D’Agostino and Ava LaMay then rounded out the Kendall scoring parade.
Ava Quintern had 2 assists on the day as D’Agostino, Picardo, Addison Manchester, Ella Cole and Stella Kwiatek each had 1.
Now at 10-1, Kendall next visits Greece Odyssey for a non league game at 4 p.m. Tuesday.
