Lady Eagles post win over Lady Tigers; Mustangs blank Cal-Mum

Building up a 3-0 halftime advantage, Kendall went on to defeat visiting Lyndonville/Medina 5-0 this evening in a Genesee Region League girls soccer game.

Grace Levett opened the scoring for Kendall off an assist from Alezya Brown.

Hailee Mitchell and Lizzy Woodams followed up with goals before the opening half ended.

T’Mia Kitchings and Mitchell then scored in the second half for the Lady Eagles.

Katie Pearson made 2 saves to earn the shutout in goal.

Improving to 13-2 overall, Kendall next hosts Byron-Bergen in a G-R makeup contest at 5 p.m. Friday..

Medina/Lyndonville 2, Cal-Mum 0
Avenging an earlier season 2-1 overtime loss, Medina/Lyndonville scored twice in the second half to down host Cal-Mum in a non league boys soccer game.

Nathan Dillenbeck opened the scoring for the Mustangs off an assist from Cole Seefeldt on a corner opportunity.

AJ Seefeldt then scored an insurance goal as Evan Horn earned the assist.

Now at 13-2, Medina/Lyndonville next visits Pembroke in a non league game on Friday.

Alden 5, Holley 1

Kohl Morgan scored the lone goal for Holley in the Hawks 5-1 non league loss at Alden.
