Lady Eagles nip B-B; Lady Hawks win

Kendall nipped host Byron-Bergen 49-47 in a Genesee Region League girls basketball game this evening.

A rebound basket by Brooke Rodas with 31 seconds remaining proved to be the game winner for Kendall as it put the Lady Eagles up 49-47.

Rodas also had a key three late which gave Kendall a 46-44 lead.

Addison Kludt also had a big free throw for the Lady Eagles which knotted the contest at 47-47.

Izzy D’Agostino led Kendall with 11 as Rodas finished with 9, Lia Larson 8, Kludt 7, Ava LaMay and Mia Price 6 each and Sophia Picardo 2.

Janessa Amesbury took game high honors for Byron-Bergen with 25.

Holley 39, Attica 30
Holley bested visiting Attica 39-30 in a G-R contest as Alivia Wolf had 20 points, 6 rebounds and 3 steals; Zoey Wolf 9 points and 9 rebounds and Jayna Burris 5 points and 3 rebounds.

Elba 60, Lyndonville 44
Sydney Riley scored 21, Breah Smith 16 and Mariah Ognibene 13 to lead Elba to a 60-44 G-R win at Lyndonville.

Addison Dillenbeck scored 21, Isabella Groves 10, Alexa Robinson 7 Lilly Raduns 4 and Hannah Fox 2 to pace Lyndonville.
