Lady Eagles blank rival Lady Hawks

Undefeated Kendall posted a 3-0 victory over host rival Holley this evening in a Genesee Region League girls soccer game.

Taylor ReQua had 2 goals and an assist to spearhead the attack for Kendall which improves to 12-0 in the league and 15-0 overall.

Julia Smith scored what proved to be the game inning goal for Kendall with 23:01 remaining in the first half off a corner by ReQua.

Kendall’s Taylor ReQua brings the ball up field against Holley defender Anne Jewell.

ReQua then scored herself eight minutes later off an assist from Maya Rutland giving the Lady Eagles a 2-0 lead at the half.

ReQua rounded out the Kendall scoring when she tallied on a direct kick in the second half.

Jenna Jacob made 3 saves to earn the shutout in goal for the Lady Eagles.
