Lady Bulldogs win is a no hitter
Defending champion Barker blanked host Newfane 9-0 this afternoon to improve to 2-0 in Niagara-Orleans League softball competition.
Peyton Bradley hurled a no hitter with 12 strikeouts to lead the way for the Lady Bulldogs.
Madyson Flint had a double and triple and Kaylee Stoll two hits to lead Barker at the plate. Bradley, Madelina Pavlock and Alina Riches all added doubles for the Lady Bulldogs which scored in five different innings..
Newfane is now 0-1 in N-O action.
