Lady Bees post win over Lady Tigers
Byron-Bergen trimmed visiting Lyndonville 49-43 in a Genesee Region League girls basketball game this evening.
Janessa Amesbury scored a game high 24 and Riley Shallenberger had 12 to lead the way for Byron-Bergen. Amesbury scored 7 and Shallenberger 5 in the final period to help the Lady Bees lock up the win.
Addison Dillenbeck led Lyndonville with 16 as Lilly Raduns and Isabella Groves both had 9, Alexa Robinson 7 and Hanna Fox 2.
Now at 11-6 overall, Lyndonville next visits Oakfield-Alabama on Tuesday.
