Kendall spikers rally past Notre Dame
Rebounding from an opening set loss, Kendall rallied to defeat host Notre Dame 21-25, 25-23, 25-15, 25-20 this evening in a Genesee Region League volleyball match.
Lauren Pilon had 6 service aces and 6 spiking kills and Taigan Guerrero 6 aces and 5 digs to lead the way for Kendall.
Girls Soccer
Wheatland-Chili shutout Kendall 2-0, Byron-Bergen downed Holley 4-2 and Notre Dame blanked Lyndonville/Medina 3-0 in Genesee Region League girls soccer action.
Football
Akron (2-0, 4-0) defeated visiting Wilson (2-1, 3-2) 38-20 this evening in a C North Division game.
Burgard (1-2, 2-2) downed visiting Roy-Hart/Barker/Lyndoville (0-4, 0-4) 44-16 in a B North Division contest.
Quarterback Trenton Muck scored both Roy-Hart/Barker/Lyndonville touchdowns and Drew Sandolfini added both two point conversions. Jordan Terwilliger also rushed for 109 yards on 15 carries.
On defense for the Silverbacks Zach Hill had 14 tackles and Andy Hill 10.
