Kendall spikers down W-C

Kendall scored a straight set 25-18, 25-4, 25-18 victory over Wheatland-Chili this evening to improve to 4-1 in Genesee Region League volleyball competition.

Lexi Payton had 9 spiking kills, 7 dogs and 3 service aces for Kendall.

The Lady Eagles also had Emily Mattle go a perfect 16 of 16 from the service line with 6 aces and 3 kills; Jenna Regan 17 of 18 from the service line with 6 aces and 3 kills and Sunni Brice 11 for 11 from the service line wit 4 aces and 9 assists.

G-R Cross-Country
Host Kendall went 1-2 in a Genesee Region League boys cross-country meet today.

Kendall defeated Pavilion15-inc. but lost to Attica 22-34 and Wheatland-Chili 20-42.

Kendall’s Damien Sprague won the race in a time of 18:31.

The Kendall girls lost to Attica, Pavilion and W-C by the identical score of 15-inc.

Kendall’s Sarah Pieniaszek placed third in the race which was on by Attica’s Grace Kibler.
