Kendall posts key soccer win over rival Holley

KENDALL – Taking a giant step toward capturing the Genesee Region League boys soccer title, Kendall downed rival Holley 2-0 this evening boosting the Eagles perfect record to 8-0 in the league and 14-0 overall.

Deandre Nauden scored what proved to be the game winning goal for Kendall late in the first half.

Alex Sutphen then netted the clincher for the Eagles in the second half off an assist from Will Condo.

Garret Love earned the shut out in goal.

The loss drops Holley to 3-5-1 in G-R action.

In G-R girls competion this evening host Holley and Attica battled to a 0-0 tie in double overtime.

Holley is now 7-2-5 and Attica 7-3-4.
