The local boys soccer season will get underway Tuesday as Kendall visits Avon for a 6:30 p.m. non league contest.

Kendall returns a large group of veterans including seniors Louis Conte (Forward), Josh Esposito (Forward), James Fox (Midfielder), Lucas Jones (Defender), Hunter Richards (Defender), Jimmie Swift (Goalie) and Austin Werth (Forward) along with juniors Colby Hughes (Midfield), William Kludt (Defender) and Jonathan Reyes (Defender). Swift earned Genesee Region League All-Star honors last year.

“We’ve got a good core group coming back,” said Coach Rich Esposito. “Defensively we should be Ok. The key is finding an offense. As long as we jell we should have a good season.”

Kendall’s graduation losses included G-R All-Stars Zach Barrett (Froward) and Toby Passer (Defender) along with Devin Edick (Defender) and Riley Robinson (Forward).
