Kendall netters down rival Holley

Kendall bested rival Holley 4-1 in a Genesee Region League tennis match this afternoon on the wind swept Holley courts.

Kendall took the second singles match as Tobias Passer rallied past Cora Bennage 5-7, 7-6, 6-2 and the third singles as Joshua Esposito downed James Tette 6-3, 6-3.

The Eagles also swept the two doubles matches as the team of Steven Strapp – Jonathan Esposito defeated Mason Neale – Ashanty Gonzalez 6-3, 6-3 and the duo of Riley Diltz – Corey Zakowki downed Ava Quincey – Elise Quincey 6-4, 7-5.

Holley took the first singles match as Cavan Bennage downed Devin Edick 6-4, 6-0.

Kendall improves to 3-0 and Holley slips to 2-1.
