Kendall, Lyndonville bow in G-R contests
Alexander downed host Kendall 55-47 and Elba bested visiting Lyndonville 63-37 in Genesee Region League boys basketball action this evening.
Nick Kramer scored 22 and Braydon Woods 13 for Alexander which used a 15-8 fourth period scoring edge to lock up the win after the Trojans led by a narrow 40-39 margin at the three-quarter mark.
Devin Edick cored 18, Braxton Zarpentine 9 and Jeffrey Pratt and Louie Conte 6 each for Kendall.
CJ Gottler scored 20, Zach Marscell 17 and Angelo Penna 15 for Elba which led 31-17 at the half and 48-24 after three quarters.
Noah Poler and Trenton Muck each scored 13 for Lyndonville.
