It will be a rivalry contest for a very good cause.

Kendall and Holley faculty teams will meet on the basketball court Wednesday with proceeds going to benefit the food banks in the two communities.

Dubbed the “Cause For The County”, the second annual contest will see the proceeds split between the Kendall Food Cupboard and the Holley Loaf and Ladle Soup Kitchen.

Last year’s game raised over $1,000 for the food banks.

The game is scheduled for 7p.m. Wednesday at Holley High with an admission of $2.

Half-time entertainment will feature a wrestling match between two former Holley sectional champions Andrew Grillo and Ashley Grillo.
