Kendall, Holley bow in G-R girls soccer

Notre Dame made an early goal stand up for a 1-0 victory over visiting Kendall this afternoon in a rain soaked Genesee Region League girls soccer game.

Notre Dame improves to 3-6.

The loss drops Kendall to 6-3 in the league and 8-4 overall heading into Saturday’s 1 p.m. Homecoming game against Oakfield-Alabama/Elba.

In another G-R contest, Wheatland-Chili blanked host Holley 5-0.

Madison Papaj made 30 saves in goal for Holley.
