Kendall, Holley and Lyndonville bow in G-R boys basketball contests

There was no home court advantage this evening as Notre Dame downed Kendall 54-41, Wheatland-Chili topped Holley 61-44 and Attica bested Lyndonville 75-47  in Genesee Region League boys basketball action.

Breaking away from a 17-17 tie, Notre Dame moved on top to stay by outscoring Kendall 16-3 in the second period opening up a 33-20 half-time advantage.

The Irish led by 17, 45-28, at the end of the third quarter.

Aiden Bellavia scored 17 and TJ Cephus Jr. and Chase Antinore 9 each to lead Notre Dame.

Vinnie D’Agostino scored 12, CJ D’Agostino 10 and Jonny Conte 9 to pace Kendall.

Destin Kuyal scored 21 and Vinny Golisano 11 to lead Holley.

Lane Woodworth tallied 13 and Colton Smith and Jacob Pitcher both netted 11 to pace Lyndonville.

Carter Gorski took game high honors for Attica with 35.
