Kendall girls track team wins three
Improving to 6-0, the Kendall girls track team scored three victories Monday defeating Attica 73-68, Notre Dame 99-41 and host Oakfield-Alabama 98-43.
Maya Rutland doubled in the 100 (:13.0) and 400 (1:05.1) and Taylor Rutland in the 200 (:27.2) and long jump (15-4) to lead the way for Kendall.
The Lady Eagles also got wins from Alexis Payton in the 800 (2:51.7) and Tania Arellano in the triple jump (31-0).
Maya and Taylor Rutland also teamed up with Jamie Smith and Taylor ReQua to win the 400 relay (:52.8).
Kendall also took the 1600 relay in 4:45.7 with the foursome of ReQua, Katie Wright, Kristy Mundaniohl and Jenna Jacob.
