Kendall girls top rival Holley

KENDALL – A pair of first half goals proved to be more than enough to earn Kendall a 2-0 victory over rival Holley this evening in a Genesee Region League girls soccer game.

Taylor Requa scored what proved to be the game winning goal at the 21 minute mark of the first half and Maya Rutland followed up with an insurance tally with 2:43 to go in the half off an assist from Marisa Hanlon.

Kari Hurlburt earned the shut-out in goal.

Kendall improves to 3-1-1 while Holley slips to 1-2-2.

Oakfield-Alabama 3, Lyndonville 2
OAKFIELD – Trailing 1-0 at the half, Lyndonville battled back with a air of second half goals by Alyssa Mahnke, from Gabby Dusett, and by Autumn Nesbitt but it wasn’t quite enough as Oakfield-Alabama claimed a marrow 3-2 win.
