Kendall girls post key win over Pembroke
In a key early season clash of unbeatens, Kendall opened the Genesee Region League girls basketball season with a 41-27 win over visiting Pembroke.
Libby Snyder had 11 points, 14 rebounds, 5 steals and 5 blocks, Emma Allen 8 points and 17 rebounds and Alezya Brown 6 points to lead the way for Kendall which improves to 4-0 overall.
Kendall, which next visits Attica on Tuesday, held leads of 12-4 after one quarter, 21-10 at the half and 32-16 after thee quarters.
Pembroke is now 3-1.
In another G-R contest, Oakfield-Alabama defeated Holley 64-7.
