Kendall girls down rival Holley
Building up a 29-8 half-time advantage, Kendall went on to defeat rival Holley 52-21 this evening in a Genesee Region League girls basketball game.
Taylor ReQua scored 16 points and Daniela Volkmar 12 to lead the Kendall offense as Lizzie Rath and Lyndsay Wright both added 6. ReQua also had 11 rebounds and 7 steals, Wright 7 rebounds and Rath 4 rebounds.
Olivia Radford scored 8 and Delilah Grathouse 6 for Holley.
Alexander 59, Lyndonville 33
Alexander likewise jumped out to a 29-8 half-time lead in route to posting a 59-33 G-R win over host Lyndonville.
Aubrey Lewis scored 13 and Alecia Hinkson 9 for Lyndonville which was hampered when starting center Makenzie Muck injured an ankle on the opening tipoff.

Holley-Kendall 60, McQuaid 22
Benefitting from seven forfeit wins, Holley-Kendall posted a 60-22 victory over McQuaid in a non league wrestling match.
Jeremy Browe and Brandon Stewart both registered pins for the Hawks as Erik Balys and Dalton Moyer had decision wins.
