Kendall girls down Chili in U18 soccer
Playing with just enough players, Kendall blanked host Chili 2-0 this evening in a Rochester District Soccer League U18 Division game.
Grace Robinson scored what proved to be the game winner for Kendall on a penalty kick 16 minutes into the second half. Kari Harrier later added an insurance tally.
Kendall, which improves to 2-1, next visits Avon on June 16.
Genesee Lancers 3, Medina-Lyndonville 1
The Genesee Lancers downed visiting Medina-Lyndonville 3-1 in another U18 Division game.
Miranda Zelazny scored the lone goal for M-L which is now 1-1. M-L nipped Chili 1-0 in the season opener on a goal by Willow Smith.
U15
Albion has opened the U15 Division season with an 0-2-1 record.
Albion opened with a 2-2 tie against Holley as Aurora Serafin and Jessica Penna each scored a goal.
Albion then lost 3-0 to Batavia and 2-1 to Attica. Stella Toler scored the goal against Attica.
