Kendall girls blank Lyndonville

LYNDONVILLE – Scoring twice in each half, Kendall shut out Lyndonville 4-0 this afternoon in a Genesee Region League girls soccer game.

Nicole Browe scored two goals in the first half to put Kendall in charge.

The Lady Eagles then put a lock on the victory as Maya Rutland and Taylor Rutland scored goals in the first six minutes of the second half.

Browe, Maya Rutland and Taylor ReQua now each have a team leading total of seven goals on the season.

The victory boosts Kendall’s record to 7-1-1 while Lyndonville slips to 3-8.

Holley 6, Elba 2
ELBA – Luca Fahmer had three goals and one assist to lead Holley past Elba 6-2 in a G-R contest.

Sarah Wharram added a goal and two assists for the Lady Hawks which also had a goal and an assist from both Riley Sanger and Nicole Mauro.

Holley is now 5-3-2 overall.

Golf

Albion, Roy-Hart split
Albion and Roy-Hart split a pair of points in this afternoon’s Niagara-Orleans League regular season finale at Shelridge.

Roy-Hart won on strokes 257-263 and Albion took the points score 30.5-24.5.

Albion’s John Krieger took medalist honors with a 47.

Connor Barleben added a 48 and Noah Preston a 49 for the Purple Eagles.

Evan Conley and Faye Conley both shot 49 for Roy-Hart.

Albion finishes the regular season at 5-8-1 and Roy-Hart at 2-9-3.
