Kendall downs Holley in G-R season finale

Scoring early and often, Kendall rolled to a 19-0 victory over visiting rival Holley in a regular season ending Genesee Region League game this afternoon.

Setting the tone, Kendall scored 4 quick runs in the first inning on an RBI double by Louis Conte, RBI singles by James Fox and Nick Cole and an RBI sacrifice fly by Jonathan Conte.

The Eagles biggest inning was a 14 run third frame highlighted by a three-run double by Cole, a two-run double by Jacek Kwiatkowski and a pair of RBI singles by Colby Hughes.

Hughes and Cole both finished with 3 hits.

On the mound, Kwiatkowski, Jimmie Swift and Nate Shaw combined to hurl a 1 hitter for the Eagles.

Kendall finishes the regular season at 12-4.

Wilson 16, Barker 1
Wilson closed out the Niagara-Orleans League season with a 16-1 win over Barker as Aidan Winslow had 4 hits, John Ernest 3 and Matthew Stoltzenberg, Tyler Johnston, Conner Ernest and Drew Dabill 2 each.

Final N-O Standings: Akron 11-1, Roy-Hart 9-3, Medina 8-4, Wilson 6-6, Albion 4-8, Newfane 4-8, Barker 0-12.

Roy-Hart 13, Maryvale 12

Ethan Kuzma and Dawson Draper both had 3 hits and Brayden Hy and Thomas Russo 2 each for Roy-Hart in a 13-12 non league win at Maryvale.

Newfane 4, Attica 2
Newfane trimmed Attica 4-2 in a non league contest as Cam Oudette went the distance on the mound.

Ben Dickinson and CJ Nagel both had doubles for the Panthers.
