Kendall downs Alexander in G-R contest
Improving to 11-4, Kendall downed Alexander 8-4 in a Genesee Region League baseball game this afternoon.
Winning pitcher Zach Barrett banged out a key two out, two run double in the fourth inning to put Kendall up 4-0.
The Eagles then put a lock on the win by scoring four times in the sixth inning ignited by a single by Colby Hughes to up the lead to 8-0.
Barrett also scattered 5 hits and struck out 10 in six and two-thirds innings of work on the mound.
Kendall will close out the regular season by hosting rival Holley at 5 p.m. Thursday.

Kendall 17, Holley 1
Taigan Guerrero and Emma Quintern both had 3 hits and Lauren Pilon, Ella Christ and Brooke Rodas 2 each to lead Kendall to a 17-1 win over Holley.
In the circle, Danielle Offhaus hurled a 1 hitter with 7 strikeouts for the Lady Eagles.
