Kendall booters edge past Albion

Making a lone first half goal stand up, Kendall nipped visiting Albion 1-0 this evening in a non league boys soccer game.

Nathan Warters scored the only goal of the game for Kendall with 18:38 remaining in the first half. The goal was his seventh of the season.

Albion’s Nick Reed (2) battles for control of the ball with Kendall’s Brandon Lewis (7).

Eagles goalie Cameron Zinsmeister and his defensive mates did the rest blanking the Purple Eagles to preserve the narrow win.

Kendall improves to 7-4 on the season while Albion slips to 2-8-2.
